Bruce Wilson
President

Wilson Legal Solutions was founded by legal industry technology expert, Bruce Wilson. Bruce’s history in the legal technology space spans more than 25 years, marked by a proven track record for building strong teams, setting a clear vision, and swiftly executing strategies.

Bruce’s extensive first-hand knowledge of systems environments, legal applications, programming languages, current trends in hardware and software design, and other areas vital to law office automation, have enabled him to become widely respected and sought after for his versatility and practical problem-solving skills in the area of law office automation.

Bruce acts as a featured speaker at legal conferences and seminars. Previously, Bruce acted as a Manager of Product Development for Quorum Systems (then Compute-R-Systems) and later as a principal of SON Systems International’s law division. In 1987, Bruce founded Wilson Technology, a custom legal software provider. Wilson Technology was named to the Deloitte & Touche Fast50 Award, five out of six consecutive years for being one of the fastest growing technology companies in the Delaware Valley. In 2005, Wilson Technology was acquired by Thomson Elite where Bruce headed up the newly created Business Intelligence segment.

As President of Wilson Legal Solutions, Bruce leverages his experience and access to key industry stakeholders to quickly accomplish high-quality results for clients.

 

Greg Murphy
Vice President, Information Technology 

Greg Murphy acts as vice president of information technology for Wilson Legal Solutions. Greg leverages extensive experience with law firms, technology, and practice management software. He uses his skills to help law firm management access critical decision-making information through the development of dashboards, exception reporting, and interactive visualizations. 

Previously, Murphy acted as custom solutions manager, business intelligence, for Elite, a leading provider of integrated information solutions to professional services firms worldwide. In this capacity, Murphy was responsible for architecting solutions and customizing business intelligence products. With Elite, Murphy also managed the R&D team for business intelligence.

Prior to Elite, Murphy worked as a consultant with Wilson Technology, a custom legal software provider founded by Bruce Wilson in 1987 that was acquired by Elite in 2005. Murphy holds a BS degree in Business Administration with concentration in MIS and International Business from Drexel University.

 

Bradley Oelmann
Senior Director, Custom Solutions

As senior director of custom solutions, Bradley Oelmann is responsible for providing oversight to a team of solution architects and technical consultants. His responsibilities include development of department strategies related to services for software products, client relationship development and maintenance, and team development.

Bradley applies over 20 years experience in software design, architecture, and development to his position. His areas of specialty include functional knowledge related to custom solution development, software design and architecture, issue resolution, and client training.

Prior to joining Wilson Legal Solutions, Bradley worked as a custom solutions manager with Elite. He also worked as a senior solution architect with Wilson Technology. Previously he worked as a medical technologist with Smithkline Beecham Clinical Labs and served with the US Army.

 

Shishir Shetty
Senior Director, 3E Client Services

As senior director of 3E client services, Shishir Shetty is responsible for the successful implementation of Elite 3E software and client-specific solutions within the software platform. In this capacity, Shetty oversees teams of technical and application specialists to help legal and professional service firms use their software more effectively through automation, workflow, and information delivery. He is also involved in R & D for product and integration development.

Shetty is well known to Elite software users in the 3E space and has led and managed several development projects over the past five years. Prior to joining Wilson, he was manager of technical services at Elite, a Thomson Reuters business, where he managed the technical implementation team involved in systems and solution architecture and deployment. Shetty has delivered client training and conference sessions on numerous topics for Elite software, particularly 3E.

Previously, Shetty worked as software architect at Broadband Maritime Inc, a New York-based technology start up providing satellite IP / VoIP services to ships at sea. He has over 8 years of experience in delivering quality software solutions through innovative design and a streamlined methodology. He holds a Master of Science degree in information systems from Drexel University and a certificate in finance and accounting from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. His expertise is in database management and agile software development lifecycle (SDLC), especially in the Business of Law space.
