At Wilson Legal Solutions, Mark Beaman’s primary responsibility is to lead the services team that implements Wilson Ideate software to ensure a successful implementation and an excellent customer experience. He also provides consulting and leadership in the practice areas of 3E, Enterprise, and Design Gallery. He draws upon more than 15 years of legal industry expertise, with deep knowledge of financial systems, software implementation, and best-practice business processes.
Most recently, Mark worked with Thomson Reuters Elite in consulting and managerial roles and was the company’s regional executive focusing on global services. Previously, he ran his own legal billing consulting practice and was a financial systems and business process improvement manager with a consumer products company. He also worked with Whitehill Technologies in a technical consulting capacity to AmLaw 250 law firms. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in organizational management from Crandall University and an e-business development diploma from Oulton College.
